Golden Bowls of Tears
At the altar
broken-hearted brothers’ and sisters’ painful
tears fall like rain.
with golden bowls angels they come
to collect our tears of pain.
God’s angels ferry
golden bowls of tears
to our Christ’s nail scared hands.
Our Christ pours as He weeps
golden bowls of tears
upon our Abba Father’s feet.
Tears of pearls, rubies, and sapphires
cascade down
tears dancing, shinning, glimmering
exploding into incense oh so sweet.
Honeysuckle, lilacs, roses
no earthy fragrant can compete
with those tears poured out
upon Abba Father’s feet.
Tear filled clouds fragrant scent
reach heaven’s most High court
as Abba Father begins to weep.
Abba speaks
Let My power flow
Let My healing Power Flow
to my earthly Children below.
All earth’s painful tears fall
into heaven’s golden bowls,
when My earthly Children weep.
That a lovely poem James
Birthed through prayer ~ touching
Thanks for sharing this inspiration that came from above….
Peter If we only could see How our Abba father loves us even our tears, words cannot explain.
Merry Christmas!
Beautiful, amazing visuals! You have painted with words:) Yahweh bless and protect you always.
These are the words to tell of a vision I had as I was praying and weeping for a little baby boy who is fighting cancer. Yet they are only earthly words.
God collects our tears and put them in his wine skin. Psalm 56:8
Yes that is right depending upon which translation you use. King James & New King James use bottle, the NIV uses list my tears on a scroll. I was thinking more about Revelation 5:8 golden bowls of incense, which are the prayers of the saints. Our tears through prayer become the incense when poured upon Abba’s feet. John in writing Revelation was only using words to describe what he has seen in Heaven.
Psalm 56, David is writing at a time when he was captured by the Philistines, and pretending to be mentally ill. Psalm 56 is praise to our Lord, My Golden Bowls is also praise to our Lord, that is all.
I hope I have not caused you a problem. James
lol not at all. I just like the idea that God collects our tears. James, I must have barrels and barrels up in Heaven huh?
Think of it this way just how very sweet heaven must smell!!!
Hence, Heaven is a wonderful place..(can i sing the song? ) 😀
Yes yes we all shall sing the song!
James,
This is a beautiful poem. It certainly depicts God’s deep love for all His children. To think of this, that Christ and His Father weep tears with us is profound. And His healing power flows over us. We certianly have a wonderful Abba Father. Betsy
We know by the New Testament Jesus weeps and the Father and Jesus are One & The Holy Spirit groans. In the Old Testament the Father is a jealous God so He must also weep. Thank-you for the love you share in Christ hope this was a blessing to you today. James
I love the image of angels coming with golden bowls to collect our tears of pain. That is especially comforting right now. thank you. lovely poem.
I did not know that the events of this week were going to happen. Yet when our Lord gave me this vision He did, for I have been at a loss for words as this week unfolded. Thank-you and Merry Christmas.
This is just absolutely beautiful!
This is one of those poems that came from prayer I was broken hearted over someone who just stopped believing.
