The Question

When I first saw Your face!

I came over with an amazing grace.

I felt your love abound in me,

with heavenly angels all around

once!

But now I feel You left me behind!

An I just another man gone blind?

You have made a lame man walk

and a blind man see.

     But why, not for me?

If faith ‘is’ the key then death is the door.

But when You open death’s door

will there be any more?

The ONLY Question truly is,

DO You really exist?

Or are You just a theory,

like those evolutionist’s?

Advertisements

End

Why is death so great?

It will be there for your fate.

Heaven and Hell we surly know.

But where do we belong above or below?

I know its face I know it true.

But when its time it will come for me too.

A Request For Prayer?

I received this request for prayer in my comments and replied that I would pass on the request through my blog. I was so deeply moved in the Spirit it took me some time before I could even  write to ask for others to pray. Yes this request is not from a country were one is free to worship Yeshua. These are the words that were in the comment:

dear men of one accord plz put us up in your prayers this day as the devil is attacking us from all sides the guarding angels are and will continue to be with us all but your prayers will also help. if two or more are gathered in his name jesus will oversee us and thru our most difficult times as the mission here grows the monetary parts are expanding too plz pray for a big blessing of monies to help in our daily operations and to give us a renewed sense of responsibility with our work in the field here. god bless u all and thank u in advances for all ur help

Thank-you all for joining with me in prayer for our brothers and sisters in Yeshua our Messiah.

The Necktie of Purpose: A poem

Here is a poem I think you find that stretches  you out a wee bit!

Fear’s Face

I have looked in the face of fear

many times.

I look at fear’s face

each day.

I have the freewill on how

to gaze into

fear’s eyes.

Will I choose to runaway to

another place?

Hoping not to glimpse

fear’s scowl!

Might I choose to shrink, back away,

 then vanish?

Desiring an escape of

fear’s leer!

Could I be a silhouette

inside myself?

Cowardly snaking from

 fear’s thunder!

I have looked in the face of fear

many times.

I look at fear’s face

each day.

I have the freewill on how

to gaze into

fear’s eyes.

I choose to fall on my knees

to pray.

As the rising Son melts away

fear’s foundation.

I pick-up my cross and follow the Son

with the Spirit’s

mighty embrace!

Watching the crumbling of

fear’s stronghold!

I cry out Mighty Mighty is He

the Lamb of God

the Lion of Judea

Who Was and Who Is and

Who Is Forever More!

Yeshua Messiah!

Humble and meek I choose

to rejoice as Abba Father whisks away

fear’s dust.

Then replacing stone upon stone building towers

called Faith.

I look at Yeshua’s face

each day.

I have the freewill on how

to gaze into

Yeshua’s eyes.

I choose to pray at His feet

where I find

Towers called Faith.

AMEN.

TRUE FORGIVENESS!

There was this certain father who had two sons one older and a younger yet close in age. The elder brother was always finding fault with the younger and like wise the younger with the elder. One day a match of strength broke out between the two boys and the father’s prized clock given to him by his grandfather was smashed.

When the damaged clock was found by the father, he summon for the two sons. The two boys appeared before the father and were asked to give their account on how the prized clock had been smashed. The elder son gave his account first, he explained how he could not  possibly be held responsible for it was damaged during his bout with his younger brother. In the elder’s son account he managed to find the fault of the damage with his younger brother. The younger son’s story was some what the same only he too had the fault falling upon his older brother.

The father in his wisdom said, “I am unable to determine who is at fault at this time. So I need for you not to speak to one another nor see one another for the next hour. I want you to go to separate places and judge the punishment I should give out to your brother for damaging my clock. After which time I shall listen to the judgement you have placed on one another. Then I will give you my decision on who is guilty or not and hand out your punishments.”

After one hour the boys returned heads hanging low and unable to look at their father in his eyes. He spoke to the elder son, “What do you have to say? What punishment, what judgement have you placed upon your brother’s head for you have found him guilty of smashing my grandfather’s clock.

The elder son spoke. “My brother is the one who is always provoking   me to defend myself. He should be punished by giving up his allowance until the repair of the clock is paid in full. He needs to be grounded for six weeks from all things he enjoys.”

The father replied, “Very well. Now my younger son what judgement have you come up with against your brother. For you also found him guilty of smashing my grandfather’s clock?”

The younger son began with a tearful voice, “It is true I do provoke my brother and he also me. It is true I am guilty of the damage to the clock. Father I wish to forgive my brother of the crime we have committed against you. I will take the blame alone for I have forgiven him of the acts he has done to me. Please do not punish my brother for this?”

The Father looked at his two sons both with their heads now even lower and replied, “Very well. My eldest please go and get my Bible.”

The eldest son returned shortly with his father’s Bible and went to hand it to his father. The father did not take the Bible. Instead he said to him, “Turn to Luke 6:37, and read to verse 42. ”

The eldest read with a cracking voice, “Judge not, and you shall not be judged. Condemn not, and you shall not be condemned. Forgive and you will be forgiven. Give and it will be given to you: good measure, pressed down, shaken together, and running over will be put into your bosom. for with the same measure that you use, it will be measured back to you.”

And He spoke a parable to them: “Can the blind lead the blind? Will they not both fall into the ditch? A disciple is not above his teacher, but everyone who is perfectly trained will be like his teacher. And why do you look at the speck in your brother’s eye, but do not perceive the plank in your own? Or how can you say to brother. ‘Brother, let me remove the speck that is in your eye.’ when you yourself do not see the plank in your own eye? Hypocrite! First remove the plank from your own eye, and then you will see clearly to remove the speck that is in your brother’s eye.”

The boy closed the Bible and handed it to his father and stepped back  waiting for the coming judgement.

The father then with authority announced his ruling, “My youngest, I find you guilty of damaging my grandfather’s clock.  Son because you did not judge your brother and did not condemn him and ask for him to be forgiven; I now forgive you of your misconduct I will not punish you. My eldest son I find you guilty of damaging my grandfather’s clock. Son because you did judge your brother and you did condemn your brother with the same measure I will pronounce your punishment: You will forfeit your allowance till two times the value of the clock is paid. You be grounded for twelve weeks and the only thing you can do are the chores around this place. That is all now go.”

The youngest son asked, “May I speak father?” His father nodded yes, so he made a tearful plea, “Father if I ask of you again would you please forgive my brother because you love me? If I ask again would you please forgive my brother because I love him? If I ask again would you please forgive my brother because you love him? Would you please?”

With tears in his eyes and joy in his heart the father cried, “Yes I forgive you both, Yes I love you both! You are forgiven.” He then grabbed his boys and hugged them and kissed them. After which he carried his grandfather’s clock out and pitched it in the trash and never thought of it again.

HAPPY FATHER’S DAY!!

LUKEWARM!

Abba, I fear

I am growing lukewarm,

many a passing are the years,

many men have been warned,

why do so many act as if they cannot hear?

I have lost heart!

I no longer desire to pray

for men who wish to live a life apart,

I no longer wish to cry out night and day.

I feel as tho I am alone

for lukewarm I have grown,

Yahweh’s rebuke I do fear

the rod that chastens is drawing near,

with the passing of the many years.

Yes, I am sure lukewarm I have grown

in sackcloth and ashes on my face

bent over to the ground in this place

as I feel so all alone.

Has my heart turned to stone?

Lukewarm is my sin I make it known,

Lukewarm I am spat out on the ground

hell’s angels now dance around.

For I have been the most complacent of fools

complying with the world’s woos.

My lukewarm heart I cast at Yeshua’s feet

prostrate I wait for Abba to speak.

I have had a hard time deciding what to do with this post for I was thinking it was incomplete. A friend and sister in Christ was nearly at the same time writing a post on this subject and I have found it helps complete this poem. So please take the time to read it here is the link: http://wordscroll.org/2013/04/25/come-back-quickly/

ABYSS!

an immeasurable depth

an unimaginable divide

an un-payable debt

an unmendable disrepair

an unthinkable disgrace

an unescapable dilemma

an  unforeseeable darkness

 Abyss!

the seven sealed seals upon the scroll

who is worthy to open the scroll?

who is worthy to break the seals?

the scroll, the title-deed

 to my soul.

 ransoms to be redeemed

a required payment

 tariffs to collect

 charges assembled

 duties imposed

account overdraft

bankrupt

 Abyss!

the seven sealed seals upon the scroll

who is worthy to open the scroll?

who is worthy to break the seals?

the scroll, the title-deed

to my soul.

behold the right hand of

I AM upon the Throne

the scroll, the title-deed

to my soul.

a strong angel loudly proclaims

who is worthy to open the scroll?

who is worthy to break the seals?

the scroll, the title-deed

to my soul.

can one be found in heaven?

can one be found on earth?

can one be found under the earth?

none can be found

that can take the scroll

the title-deed to my soul!

bitterly I weep!

Abyss!

The Lion of the tribe of Judah

In the midst of the Throne

 the four living creatures

in the midst of the elders

stood the Lamb that had been Slain

when He came He did not take

the scroll, the title-deed to my soul

from the right hand of

I AM who sat on the throne.

prostrate I bowed at the feet of

the Lamb that had been Slain.

woefully I proclaimed You are

Yeshua Messiah

Lord of Lords

King of Kings!

I pleaded Lord, Lord

did I not speak inspiration

did I not heal

did I not perform many wonders

in your Name?

Please take the scroll, the title-deed

to my soul!

save me from

Abyss!

the Lamb that was Slain spoke:

you never surrendered your heart

you never surrendered your will

you never repented your sin

I never knew you

depart from Me you evil servant.

the scroll with the seven seals, the title-deed

to my soul

was handed over to the strong dark angel

 tossed into a

  lake of fire

forever torment

 unquenchable thirst

unstoppable agony

everlasting torture

unending anguish

eternal misery

the seven sealed seals upon the scroll

the scroll, the title-deed

to my soul

over the Lamb that was Slain

I stepped forever into

Abyss!

GONE ASTRAY!

The sheep have all ran away!

Where did the Master’s sheep go astray?

Was it when the hireling  was collecting his purse?

So many lambs are needing to nurse!

Listen listen as they cry out,

lost sheep running all about.

We are lost we are lost we have wandered far away!

We are entangled in these briers, come today!

Who will the Master consign?

Who is willing to go and find?

Hireling says there is not enough gold,

I fleece the sheep as I hang out inside the fold.

Wolves howl, lions roar

so many sheep ran out an open door!

As the hireling was collecting his purse!

So many lambs needing to nurse!

Listen listen as they cry out,

lost sheep running all about.

We are lost we are lost we have wandered so far away!

We are entangled in these briers, please come today!

The Master scans the earth below,

for shepherds that willingly search to and fro.

Shepherds that eagerly climb mountains steep

Shepherds that longingly cross in deserts heat

Shepherds to search through the storm

Shepherds to remain determined when hard pressed and forlorn

Shepherds with hearts that hear that quest not for a purse!

For so many lambs needing to nurse!

Listen listen as they cry out,

so many sheep running all about!

We are lost we are lost we have wander so far away!

We are entangled in these briers, glad you came today!

Amen

With Him

One day I started this walk

With Him,

As His love woos me to Him!

So I believed then prayed!

At first the trail was smooth

there was only a little dust aroused

as I scampered along

With Him.

As I believed then prayed!

Soon the heat beat down

so His Shadow became my  shade

He refreshed me with

His living water

so I pressed on

With Him.

As I believed then prayed!

Down down into a vast deep valley

darkness, depression, and fear

was trying to hide what lie ahead

He became my Light.

As I trodden on

With Him.

As I believed then prayed!

Coldness of bitterness tried to steal away

warmth of my life

His love became the fire

that melted away the icy night

as I toiled on

With Him.

As I believed then prayed!

The road soon turned upward

the gentle incline grew steep

growling hunger pains came from within

He became my bread of life

a nourishing power of Him,

I climbed higher

With Him.

As I believed then prayed!

A narrow mountain trail grew vertical

jagged sharp-edged rocks

razor cuts deep to my bones

a nailed scared touch of His Hand

was all healing of the wounds

I ascended upward,

With Him.

As I believed then prayed!

A missed placed step

a slip, a stumble, a fall

catapulted for sure to succumb on boulders below

His mercy. His grace,

Rescued as I was captured

back into enduring arms,

With Him.

I believed then prayed!

Thieves, robbers, set traps and snares

meaning to entangle

lions and serpents seeking to devour.

He the gentle Shepherd

guided, guarded as I grazed Living Words

drank from the Fruit of the Living Vine

In Him.

 I believed and prayed!

As many a valley I have crossed,

countless mountains have been climbed,

rivers to numerous to count forged,

trials, temptations pitfalls surpassed,

evil’s forces confronted,

sins confessed, weakness turned to strength

for His Glory.

For He is my Fortress, my Rock

my Shepherd, my Light, my Strength,

my Lord, my Messiah, my Love,

my life is

With Him.

 one thing I have learned

is to believe and pray.

These last few miles He now carries me

forward on life’s narrow path,

clutched tightly against His chest

to His Abba Father’s Home

where I shall live at rest forever

With Him,

Yeshua Messiah.

As I believed and prayed!

Amen.
