Empty Tomb!

Satan uses distractions
on the road to the
empty tomb.
We get so busy doing
setting all things in order,
preparing, cleansing, serving.
So we overlook what
God is doing
on the road to the
empty tomb.

Shattered Heart!

A shattered heart
a causality of betrayal,
Defeat waiting to deliver
the fatal blow,
Sweet dreams are now
a bitter wine
Poured out in a wasteland
of humanity.
~
Lord! Master! Abba!
no costly nard have I
for Your anointing.
Sour tears, crushed dreams
this shattered heart pours out
upon Your feet.
Please turn Your face
to look upon me?
~
Master! Abba! Lord!
this shattered heart refuses
to stop singing of Your love
knowing it is not forgotten.
Broken dreams bathed
in Your grace and glory
become new wine
Amen!

Challenge Time!

My seventeen year old grandson is staying with us for a time and he said this phrase the other day and ask if I could do anything with it.

“Random Faces”

I agreed and ask him to do the same, I have completed my part and still awaiting his, when he completes his I shall post them both.

The Greatest Privilege!

Oh Abba, I seek thee now
This day You have given to me.
Oh Abba, for there is none like thee
The Great I AM
Who knows the number of days.
Oh Abba, the God above all
And Creator of all,
The King of Kings
Who all creation is held in
His right hand.
Oh Abba, the God I love
Your child beseeches You,
Do not hide Your face
From Your child.
Oh Abba Your child
Bows before Your Great Throne
The sinful child that
You came and died for.
Oh Abba, come and reach out
Your nail scared hand and
Wipe away Your child’s tears.
Oh Abba, come with open arms and embrace for
Your child is in pain and is broken
Come My Abba to comfort
Your child whom You Love.

Forgotten Prayers!

I have forgotten prayers,
Oh when will answers come?
My soul longs
For answers as it cries out
For my forgotten prayers.
Has my Abba
not heard my cries?
Has Abba forgotten
My cries?
Are my prayers forgotten?
~
NO!
Abba has not forgotten
My prayers
For every word of
my prayers are written
Upon His heart!
Is it I who
has forgotten to wait
Upon my Abba?
Is it I who has forgotten
To be still?
Is it I who has
forgotten to
Pray on and believe?
~
NO!
My Abba has not
Forgotten
My tears nor My Prayers!

Yesterday was the five-year anniversary of Men of One Accord this year has been one of the hardest years for me to do any writing. My heart is so focused on getting an outreach started for children who have never heard about Jesus. I have also been very poor at keeping up with my WordPress family writings. You all are such great writers and I know I am missing so many blessings from all of you.
Now may the Lord Bless you as He turns His face upon you, Amen!

Of the Shepherd
A warming tone
To the battered heart

As He carries
