PEACE!

Peace
is not the absence
of the conflict, but the
presence of

God!

I know not where this quote came from, nor do I know whom it is from, and yet for the past thirty plus days I have the peace to lived it. Some of you may or may not have wondered where I was, Mr. Conflict came for a visit.
Mr. Conflict has taken away my time for sleep, my time for eating and time I use to write. Mr. Conflict tried to even steal away my time I spend with God. Mr. Conflict wants to eat away at your soul so you will not praise and worship God,he try filling your heart turmoil, disappointment, and anger. Mr. Conflict wants you to whine and complain about all the struggles you are in. Mr. Conflict wants to keep you from the presence of God.
Yet when one begins to praise and worship God one finds himself in the presence of God. Mr. Conflict has not gone anywhere he is still standing toe to toe with me, what he does not know is that I know the one who is, and shall always be the Great I AM.

  3. Yes, it is hard when Mr. Conflict comes for a visit. But as long as we stay with our heads and hearts in tune with God we do find Peace in the storm or with Mr. Conflict. Praying peace and blessings over you!!!

I am grateful to my brother James for his honest and open testimony with a proclamation of a truth that I needed reminding of! Thank you Brother James!

  6. Nice James. I suppose we all have an unwelcome guest who visits us. Glad to see you again.

If there is peace, or love, or joy…it is the presence of God! That’s why hell will be so bad, because it will be the complete absence of God. There’s something to that saying “Know Jesus, know peace. No Jesus, no peace…”

  8. Beautifully done!😺

  9. praises invokes the anointing to break the yoke. It must end sometime. Even the adversary walks about to torment for a season. vw

  10. Hey James! Missed you bro. As one who visits the land of despair and discouragement on a pretty frequent basis – my heart goes out to you. Recently read your testimony – in times of doubt and drought it’s good to remind ourselves WHAT our Saviour has done. Your testimony is a good place to start. Be blessed in Yeshua!

  11. This reminds me of staying in the eye of the storm, anchored by praise and worship of the one who is way mightier than any storm!

  12. So very true! There is peace knowing that God is always in control!

  13. Amen James! I too was drowning but have come to the peace that surpasses all understanding.
